Popzy is a casual number and word game published by Zenerly. By downloading, installing or playing Popzy, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the game, daily challenge, or any related service.
• Don’t use automated tools to inflate scores or manipulate leaderboards or challenges.
• Don’t submit offensive, unlawful or harmful content through the contact form.

Local data and progress

Your scores, streaks, achievements and settings are stored locally on your device. We’re not responsible for data loss caused by uninstalling the app, switching devices, or device failure, unless a cloud backup feature is explicitly offered and enabled.

Intellectual property

Popzy, its name, logo, characters, artwork and game design are owned by Zenerly. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from Popzy’s assets without permission.

No warranty

Popzy is provided “as is.” While we aim for a smooth, reliable experience, we don’t guarantee the game will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes

We may update these terms as Popzy evolves. Continued use of the game or website after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
