How to Play
Everything you need to go from “never played” to your first combo — both games, explained with real examples.
Merge your way to the top
Number Pop plays on a 4×4 grid. Swipe up, down, left or right and every tile slides as far as it can in that direction. When two tiles carrying the same number collide, they merge into one tile worth double.
Number Pop
Best 18,420Example
2 + 2 = 4 → 4 + 4 = 8 → 8 + 8 = 16
Swipe left with a row of 2 2 0 0 and it becomes 4 0 0 0 — you just scored 4 points. A new tile (usually a 2, sometimes a 4) appears somewhere empty after every swipe that actually moves something.
Scoring & combo
Every merge adds its resulting value to your score. Merge on consecutive swipes and your combo climbs, multiplying the points you earn:
| Combo streak | Score multiplier |
|---|---|
| 1 (no bonus) | 1.0× |
| 2 | 1.25× |
| 3 | 1.5× |
| 4 | 1.75× |
| 5+ — MEGA POP! | 2.0× |
A swipe with no merge resets your combo back to zero, so chain merges together for the biggest scores.
Game over
The game ends when the board is completely full and no two neighbouring tiles share a value — no legal move left. Your score, best combo and highest tile reached are saved automatically.
Spell your way to the top
Nine letter tiles fill the board. Tap letters in order to spell a word, then hit Submit. Valid words pop, score points, and get replaced with fresh letters. Tap a letter you’ve already picked to rewind your selection back to just before it.
Word Pop
0:47 leftExample
Tap C → A → T to spell CAT for +100 points. Spell CATS instead (4 letters) and you’ll score more — longer words are worth exponentially more, with a bonus kicking in at 6+ letters.
Modes
- Classic — play at your own pace until you run out of good words. Use Shuffle any time the board looks stuck.
- 60 Seconds — make as many words as you can before the clock runs out.
- Daily Word — the same 60-second challenge every player gets that day, as part of the Daily Challenge.
Scoring & combo
Longer words score more, and consecutive valid words build a combo multiplier just like Number Pop (up to 2× at a 5-word streak — MEGA POP!). Submitting an invalid word, one that’s too short, or a word you’ve already used this game resets your combo.
Fill the grid to hit every target
Sum Grid is a number-logic puzzle. Every row and column shows a target sum along the edge. Tap an empty cell, then tap a digit 1–9 to fill it — no digit repeats within the same row or column. Fill every cell so each row and column adds up to exactly its target.
Example
A row target of 12 across 3 cells could be filled with 3, 4, 5 — as long as those same digits don’t clash with what the columns above them need.
Easy is a 4×4 grid, Medium 5×5, Hard 6×6. Use Hint to reveal a stuck cell and Check to see how many cells currently conflict — every generated puzzle has exactly one solution.
Balance the grid with 0s and 1s
Also known as Takuzu or Binairo. Fill every cell with a 0 or 1 so that: no three matching values sit in a row anywhere (no 0 0 0 or 1 1 1), every row and column ends up with an equal count of 0s and 1s, and no two rows or columns end up identical.
Example
If a row already reads 1 1 _ 0, the third cell can’t be a 1 — that would make three 1s in a row.
Easy is 6×6, Medium 8×8, Hard 10×10.
Trace one unbroken chain
A handful of numbers are already placed on the board, including the start (1) and the end (the highest number). Tap any empty cell touching the highest number placed so far — including diagonally — to drop the next number there. Keep going until every cell holds a number and the whole grid forms one continuous chain from 1 to the end.
Example
If 7 was just placed, tap any of the up-to-8 cells touching it to place 8 — as long as that path still leaves every other clue number reachable in order. Placed a number in the wrong spot? Use Undo.
Easy is a 5×5 grid with lots of clues, Medium 6×6, Hard 7×7 with very few.
Satisfy every greater-than sign
Fill each row and column with 1 through N exactly once — like a mini Sudoku with no boxes. Some neighbouring cells show a fixed < or > sign that the finished grid must satisfy. Tap a cell, then tap a number to fill it.
Example
A 3 > _ clue means whatever goes in the blank cell must be smaller than 3 — so 1 or 2, narrowed further by that column’s other values.
Easy is 4×4, Medium 5×5, Hard 6×6.
Match every run to its clue
The grid is split into short runs of white cells, each capped by a clue cell showing the sum that run must add up to. Fill every white cell with 1–9 — no digit repeats within the same run — so each run sums to exactly its clue.
Example
A 3-cell run clued 6 can only be 1, 2, 3 in some order — it’s the smallest possible sum for 3 distinct digits, so there’s no other way to make it work.
Easy is a 5×5 board, Medium 6×6, Hard 7×7.
Always something to beat

Daily Challenge & streaks
Every day brings one Number target (e.g. “reach 512”) and one Word target (e.g. “score 800 in 60 seconds”) — the same for every player that day. Complete both and your daily streak continues; miss a day and it resets. Longer streaks unlock streak achievements.
